By accessing or using ASTRAE you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Submitting dispatches & media

When you upload a photograph, video, caption, story or any other material to ASTRAE, you represent that you are the creator or have explicit permission from every person and rights holder featured. You confirm that all individuals identifiable in your media have consented to being depicted on a public editorial platform.

You grant ASTRAE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to edit, host, publish and promote your submission on the ASTRAE website, Journal, newsletter and across our official social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack and any future channels we operate). You retain ownership and may request removal at any time by writing to hello@benlabs.studio.

Editorial discretion

ASTRAE is a curated platform. We may approve, edit for clarity, decline or remove any submission at our discretion to maintain the quality and integrity of the publication.

Prohibited content

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains hate speech, exploits minors, or includes private information about others without consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Liability

ASTRAE is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASTRAE and BenLabs Studio disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
